We put a lot of effort into organizing our courses and assembling resources (staff, location, materials, etc.) to run each course. As such, in-person course registrations are final, and no refunds will be issued, except as stated below. If you have any questions about a course, please contact us PRIOR to registering for the course.

If A2 Defense cancels a course, enrolled students will receive a full refund of the fee paid for that course.

Only students who meet the basic requirements of each course and pass all related examinations and qualifications will receive a certificate of completion for that course (if applicable).

Online courses are considered non-tangible irrevocable goods ("digital products"). We do not issue refunds for non-tangible irrevocable goods ("digital products") once the order is confirmed and the product is sent. Contact us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.
